Your facilitator
Michael Rayball, VP of Learning + Performance at ETW, dedicated much of his career to working in non-profit organizations and government agencies. His journey began right out of ASU with helping at-risk youth avoid incarceration, to leading the training department of one of the largest publicly funded behavioral health agencies in the Valley. He now applies these experiences to helping non-profits implement the MIND Methodology to achieve their mission efficiently.
The MIND difference:
- Is simple, effective and easy to scale
- Helps teams consistently execute
- Prioritizes the most impactful work
- A framework for data-driven decisions
- Develops leaders to create more value
- Drives an intentional culture
