CCC leverages his 25 years of experience helping leaders create thriving, high-performance organizations. His Quantum Legacy Network enables individuals, families, and organizations to take control of their financial well-being. QLN offers sophisticated debt/personal banking and tax reduction solutions, funding for buy-sell agreements, executive bonus plans, employee retention, and tax-free income and wealth transfer.

He has been a global leader with P&L accountability holding positions in general management, finance, sales, and marketing. Much of his leadership experience was in high-growth and turnaround situations in the life sciences, food, printing, and transportation businesses.
